According to paragraphs. 3.4 Art. 497 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, if the buyer refuses the goods after the arrival of the driver-forwarder for reasons not related to the inadequate quality of the goods, the buyer must pay the full cost of delivery, regardless of the amount for which the order was placed.
Delivery of goods outside Moscow and the Moscow region is carried out through specialized transport companies. The buyer has the right to choose a transport company independently, at will. At the same time, the delivery of goods to the transport company is carried out according to the delivery rates in Moscow and the Moscow region.
Sending goods to the regions is made within 1-4 days after the receipt of funds to the current account of our company. The buyer pays for the services of the transport company.
Payment for goods delivered to the regions of Russia is carried out by bank transfer. After placing your order, we will send a letter to your e-mail with the terms of payment and delivery of goods to your city.
The consumer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 days after receiving it with reimbursement to the seller of expenses incurred by the seller in connection with the performance of actions to fulfill the contract (Article 497 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Articles 19, 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights").
The return of a good quality product within 14 days is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as documents confirming the purchase of the specified product are preserved.
If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller returns to the consumer the amount paid by him, except for the seller's expenses for the delivery of the goods, no later than 10 days from the date the consumer submits the corresponding demand.
